Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, not at all. The vast majority of our clients opt for secure access — a keypad installed at the entrance, a key left with a concierge, or access coordinated with the building manager. We adapt to your situation.

Do you move furniture?

We vacuum under beds, sofas and accessible furniture. For heavy pieces, we work around them to avoid any risk of damage to your floors or belongings.

What happens if I am not satisfied with a visit?

Do you supply all products and equipment?
